EB-5 Visa Benefits

The North Dakota/Northwest Minnesota EB-5 Regional Center provides direct access to foreign capital resources for area business, while offering international investors the benefits of U.S. citizenship at the same time. Advantages to investors include:

• Qualifying investors, their spouses and their unmarried children under the age of 21 will be granted U.S. lawful, permanent residency.

• After five years, the investor and their family may obtain U.S. citizenship, subject to meeting all immigration requirements, as mandated under the law.

• There are no requirements for age, the ability to speak English, employment experience or education.

• Investors and their family members may live/work anywhere in the United States. Minor children may obtain employment, subject to age, state and governmental laws and regulations.

• Educational benefits, including admission to universities at the same cost as U.S. Residents.
• There is no requirement to manage this investment on a day-to-day basis.
